I ate at a good restaurant with the breakfast. The location was nice: a bakery and stores were within walking distance...

The location was ideal, right in the heart of the old town and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well equipped bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing assistance when needed.
During my stay, there were a few things that detracted from my overall experience. the lack of heating in the room was a major inconvenience, especially during the cold winter nights.

We were impressed by the location, being just next to the bridge in the center of the old town, with plenty of bars around. Our room was clean and nice with a balcony, and the bathroom was spotless.
The breakfast selection was quite limited with only a few items and additional coffee had to be paid for.

This hotel is located in the best area in Lovech, right on a nice square with few other hotels with terraces. It's in the city center, making it very convenient for exploring the town. The basic amenities in the rooms provide everything you need, and the rooms themselves offer an amazing view of the surroundings. I particularly enjoyed the air conditioning, which was a welcome relief on hot summer days.
Everything was ok and there is very little that could be improved.

Perfect location in the city center, great for exploring and enjoying local nightlife. The rooms were clean and tidy, with optional balconies overlooking the street. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The language barrier was a bit frustrating, as some of the staff didn't speak much English. The noise from outside our room was also a bit annoying at times, but nothing unbearable.
